Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Aurelle Sculpt ("Sponsor"), operating aurellesculpt.com, 2022 East Slaughter Lane, Austin, TX 78747.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts on October 30, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on December 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter

  1. Visit aurellesculpt.com and complete the giveaway entry form in the pop-up with a valid email address and your preferred size (S to XL).
  2. Check the box agreeing to receive marketing emails from Aurelle Sculpt, then select "Enter to win".

Alternate method of entry without subscribing: email hello@aurellesculpt.com during the Entry Period with the subject line "Giveaway entry", your full name, and your preferred size. Entries made this way do not receive marketing emails.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries made by automated means, or from more than one email address by the same person, are void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not follow these rules.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Sculpt Faja in the size selected on the entry form (S to XL), with an approximate retail value of $124.99 USD, shipped to a United States address at no cost to the winner. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer is permitted. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Sculpt Faja is unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes that may apply.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about December 26, 2026.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. The winner must reply within five (5) days of the notification and confirm a United States shipping address. If the winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or cannot be reached, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control compromises its integrity. The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems of any kind.

10. Privacy and marketing emails

The email address and size you provide are used to run the giveaway and to contact the winner. If you check the marketing consent box, you also agree to receive marketing emails from Aurelle Sculpt, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

11. Not affiliated with social platforms

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.

Governing law: these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
